3-28-19 ~ Dream and Word about Grieving Holy Spirit – Linda Hasche

Ephesians 4:30 ~ “And don’t grieve God’s Holy Spirit. You were sealed by Him for the day of redemption.”
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Isaiah 63:10 ~ “But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit. So He turned and became their enemy and He Himself fought against them.”
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Hebrews 10:29 ~ “How much more severely do you think one deserves to be punished who has trampled on the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and insulted the Spirit of grace?”

I had the following dream in the afternoon of 3-27-19:

I was in a fairly large traditional church, that had wooden pews. I was sitting in the middle section, about 8 pews from the front. People were all sitting down, but sharing out loud in church. I said out loud:

Then more quietly out loud, but more to myself, I said,

“I might as well go to the front, since I’m going to have to start doing that anyway.”

I turned to a deacon of the church to ask if I could go up front to share.
He looked straight at me and said, “No!
I then asked him if I could stand up to share.
He kept looking at me and said “No!” again.

I had to stay seated, but shared anyway, I said as loud as I could:

“I’m taking the gospel to the streets!!!”

I noticed my voice sounded like it was coming through a microphone and out of the speakers.

I woke up and Holy Spirit said this to me:

“That’s how they treat Me.”

The dream and what Holy Spirit said has been with me all day yesterday (3-27-18) and today (3-28-19) until I wrote this up. I also knew Holy Spirit had more to say about this, since He kept this dream and Word fresh in my mind.  This is what Holy Spirit says as I’m typing:

That is how they treat Me.” I don’t fit in with their bulletin, doctrines of demons, and worship of mammon. I’m not allowed to lead My people or comfort them with My presence in church.

Fire of judgement is coming to the lukewarm slumbering sheep, who don’t know My voice and don’t follow My leading.

Oh how I GRIEVE as I’m held back by pride, arrogance and false doctrines that say I don’t bless the Children of Heaven with gifts.  Do you think I’m dead? Most churches act as if I’m just a story in the Bible, sometimes mentioning Me in dead prayers, dead praise and dead sermons.

Don’t you know I AM the Spirit of the Living God, the POWER that anoints from On High? Yes, I GRIEVE each time I look upon the lost souls that gather in buildings you call church.

Woe to the foolish, foolish shepherds who have led the sheep astray. My voice WILL be heard from My filled and sealed remnant. Watch and see, oh deluded ones. I AM the fire of holiness and righteousness, but you choose death.

Awake oh sleepers and REPENT. Again I say REPENT or you will be swept away with delusion.”

Matthew 22:1-14 (NLT) ~ “Jesus also told them other parables. He said, “The Kingdom of Heaven can be illustrated by the story of a king who prepared a great wedding feast for his son. When the banquet was ready, he sent his servants to notify those who were invited. But they all refused to come!
“So he sent other servants to tell them, ‘The feast has been prepared. The bulls and fattened cattle have been killed, and everything is ready. Come to the banquet!’ But the guests he had invited ignored them and went their own way, one to his farm, another to his business. Others seized his messengers and insulted them and killed them.
“The king was furious, and he sent out his army to destroy the murderers and burn their town. And he said to his servants, ‘The wedding feast is ready, and the guests I invited aren’t worthy of the honor. Now go out to the street corners and invite everyone you see.’ So the servants brought in everyone they could find, good and bad alike, and the banquet hall was filled with guests.
“But when the king came in to meet the guests, he noticed a man who wasn’t wearing the proper clothes for a wedding. ‘Friend,’ he asked, ‘how is it that you are here without wedding clothes?’ But the man had no reply. Then the king said to his aides, ‘Bind his hands and feet and throw him into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
“For many are called, but few are chosen.

  1. One day the holy Spirit positioned me perfectly in a small church Sunday meeting in South Reno, to witness a first-hand lesson of exactly what He is teaching us here. The church I was at was known nationwide as a place where great revivals had fallen in times past. And so the entire church had all been praying for revival to fall again, & so the pastor called us all forward to stand around the altar as she prayed. She lifted up great oratory expressions like few can imagine, for she was known for her ability to pray before vast crowds in public places. The people, only about 30 of us, all stood carefully listening in close attention to her magnificent speech, not knowing what to expect, for most of us had never been in a real Spirit-filled revival before? Standing right next to me was a very elderly lady who was obviously Spirit-led. She began speaking in tongues, & because what she spoke was the Word of God, I turned my focus directly to her, instead of the pastor. She spoke just barely loud enough to be considered a nuisance to most of the church members who ignored her, & as I glanced around, I saw one lady in the very back standing on her tippy-toes with a frown on her face, trying to see who was making all the noise? Then the Spirit gave the interpretation of the message: As she spoke, I froze in shock, for the answer to the entire church focus was being given from her lips, in spite of the pastor’s great words over the microphone. The Lord said approximately, “If My children here will raise your hands in worship & praise to Me right now, My glory train will pass over you.” I stood there wondering what to do!? Should we interrupt the pastor to tell her to stop because the Lord has answered our prayers? I looked around at all the other members, but nobody else noticed or heard the special message from God? They all so completely ignored her that there were no witnesses that comprehended what was said. The revival moment opportunity was completely missed, their one & only last chance that year, because nobody listened to the Lord’s quiet voice! rick

  2. A few days ago, I read some of Acts with much joy at all the wonderful *acts* of the early church. It was as if I was reading it fresh, and I asked.

“Why is this not what we see all the time? Where is the church? The real church? And why do they relegate the Holy Spirit to some abstract theological notion rather than a real person?”

Yesterday, I saw a Statement of Faith, explicitly stating that the gifts of the Spirit were mostly for the apostles and early disciples. The scripture references they used didn’t back up any of it at all. Why would they include that in a statement of faith if it isn’t scriptural?

I prayed that the church (I don’t mean buildings) will rediscover Him. Dead churches are eventually cast in the rubbish heap if they don’t change their ways.

  3. Powerful truth. I was invited to share the message at church. The message concluded with Jesus, the way, the truth and the only way to the Father. I shared the way of our “not now” treatment and where it leads. The choice that is in front of them.
I was told after that no one talks about Jesus like that in service any more. So incredibly sad.
